  • Fraud knows more about you than your phone company

Discover how regulations can become a driver of innovation and leadership in the digital age! In a hyperconnected world, where security and customer experience are intertwined, this talk explores how identity verification and digital signature are revolutionizing business trust. Through a success story from the Telco sector in Chile, a practical approach will be presented on how these tools improve customer relations and ensure regulatory compliance by responding to new regulations, such as the new Resolution No. 566/2024, which redefines customer-company interactions. This regulation, driven by increasing digital security risks, establishes strict requirements for identity verification, preventing fraud, protecting personal data and ensuring secure transactions.
