CEO and Founder of Regum, Fintech startup born in 2016, which provides access to financial markets through an online CFD platform.

He holds an MBA from the University of Barcelona in Banking, Wealth Management and Financial Advisory. Since 2022 he holds the secretariat of the Uruguayan Fintech Chamber and since 2023 the Vice-Presidency of Fintech Iberoamerica, an organization that brings together 16 Fintech associations from across the region representing more than 3500 Fintech companies.

He has been a speaker at conferences and seminars throughout Latin America, specializing in Forex, trading, cfd and cryptocurrencies and has collaborated with several regulators throughout the region in the development of regulations for these financial products.
