Ricardo Gadea is a Computer Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the area of auditing, risk management and implementation of identity and access management solutions.

In 2006 he founded Assertiva, a consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity based in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and USA, serving as CEO until today.

Previously he has held different positions in companies such as PWC, First Data and Micro Focus. In the academic field, he has participated in the teaching of master’s degrees for the Universidad del Salvador, Universidad Católica, Universidad Adolfo Ibañez and Universidad Nacional de Tucumán. As an official (ISC)2 instructor, he has given CISSP seminars in Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica and El Salvador.
