Rafael Estrada has over 15 years of experience focused on business development and technological solutions across a wide range of industries. His passion for driving the adoption of digital technologies in Latin America has led him to support the acceleration and deepening of digital transformation for a variety of organizations. He emphasizes understanding and applying SaaS solutions, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, and Identity Management to mitigate fraud.

Currently, Rafael contributes to TransUnion by strengthening trust between companies and consumers, optimizing interactions across various digital and in-person channels. His work supports fraud mitigation by enabling each consumer to be represented comprehensively, reliably, and securely. He has successfully implemented initiatives such as biometric authentication in the financial sector in Chile and Colombia, real-time progressive protection validations in the telecommunications industry, and digital identity-based profiling in the direct sales sector, among others.

Rafael holds a degree in Engineering from Andrés Bello Catholic University and an MBA from Alberto Hurtado University.
