Digital Strategies in Modern Retail
Since the arrival of Ecommerce in the late 90s, we have experienced a rapid transformation both with the incorporation of social networks and the expansion of internet connection and access to mobile devices.
This changing context makes us set ourselves in a mode of permanent evolution, to be agile in the adoption of topics such as Generative Artificial Intelligence today. Modern Retail is not immune to these changes and the digital strategies of each business seek to capture the evolution of consumers to design the best value propositions for these purchasing missions. From delivery in 30 minutes in Quick Commerce to the possibility of expanding the assortment in the Marketplace model, businesses evolve alongside an increasingly demanding consumer.
Reviewing these Digital Strategies is essential to be better prepared to adopt change and this is the central topic of the following talk that will be given by Pablo Scasso.
