In his role as – Head of Sales for the Southern Cone at Nokia – Francisco J. Pardo (Pacho) works effectively and actively with the main mobile operators in the Southern Cone in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia creating and executing effective sales strategies that drive the growth of Nokia’s Mobile Networks business in the region. Leading and working hand in hand with his team of Account Managers, he performs a comprehensive analysis of the mobile market to identify and develop new business opportunities and set realistic and achievable targets for the sales team across NOKIA’s 3G, 4G and 5G mobile networks portfolio. 

Francisco is Colombian, has more than 17 years of experience in the industry working in sales and commercial roles, leading pre-sales groups and developing business in different parts of the world including Germany, Brazil, Colombia, Central America, Ecuador, Peru and now in Chile. Francisco arrives in Chile in 2019 to work with key industry and sector players on the introduction to 5G and build this evolution of mobile networks and how to best adopt 5G in their current and future business objectives. Francisco is a Telecommunications Engineer from Universidad Santo Tomas in Colombia and Executive MBA from INALDE BUSINESS SCHOOL in Colombia.
