Managing Director for Chile, Colombia, and Peru, where he leads the company’s expansion and market development across three of Latin America’s fastest-growing digital economies. He works closely with clients, partners, and governments to lay the groundwork for digital transformation and artificial intelligence in the region.

He also serves as President of the Chilean Data Center Association, where he champions sustainable digital infrastructure and public policies that strengthen Chile’s role in the digital economy.

Francisco holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
