David was born in the United States, and joined PAI in March of 2019, which in 2021 was bought by Brink’s. He is currently the Executive Vice President and President, ATM Managed Services at Brink’s. Prior to PAI, David was Managing General Partner of Dove Capital Partners LLC, an investing and consulting firm focused on the global payments industry. He also served as President, North American Business Group at Cardtronics, Inc. and was founder of the Dove Consulting Group where he served as CEO for more than 20 years. He is a know expert in the world of ATMs.

David holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT, an MBA from Boston University School of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University in Aeronautical Engineering.
