Civil Engineer in Electronics from the Federico Santa María Technical University, master’s degree in Information Technologies and Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

With more than 30 years of experience in the development of information technology projects, he has worked mainly in the telecommunications area, addressing the development of projects for new data transmission technologies, information security and technological infrastructure.

Until his appointment, he served as a professional advisor to the Telecommunications Development Fund of the Undersecretariat of Telecommunications.
