Carolina Filipello holds a degree in Business Administration from the National University of Córdoba and a specialization in Project Management from the National Technological University. She began her career in systems consulting, working on the implementation of technological solutions in various industries.

Subsequently, she worked for 11 years at Ternium SA, where, among other roles, she led the management of technological innovation projects, such as the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), RFID, and Virtual Reality solutions.
