 Telecommunications Engineer with more that 20 years of experience in telecommunications, 17 of them in Sales of Telecommunications Equipment and Services. His career started as an intern in an Integration company in the Technical Lab, rapidly escalating and shifting functions, passing through Field Engineer, Project Manager and Pre Sales Engineer. In this path he faced the integration of different technologies to deliver an end to end telecommunications solution, handling technologies such as Two Way Radio, Microwave, Fiber Optic and Cellular, in vertical markets such as Transport, Education, Mining and Telcos. In 2006 he began working in Sales , initially focused in Colombia in important projects such as Education Digital Gap Bridging, and Fiber Optics and Satellite projects for Telcos and MNOs. Later he worked as Sales Director for Central and South America for a well known satellite equipment manufacturer for SATCOM projects. Currently he is working as Sales Director Connectivity South America in Eutelsat OneWeb, delivering the knowledge he has gained during his career years, handling projects with customers in market verticals such as Broadcast, Defense, Government, Telcos and MNOs, in countries such as Chile, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador and Paraguay.

The chilean market has been distinguished in the Telecommunications environment in South America for being a leader in its open policies to existing technologies, allowing each of the players in the industry to design more and more specialized solutions in the different applications and verticals. In this conference we will share will share our points of view of the ecosystem, focusing in state of the art solutions (GEO+LEO), changes and the future of the satellite connectivity in a highly developed and verticalized environment.
