She is one of the women recognized by Merco within the top 10 and top 5 entrepreneurs with the best reputation in Chile 2020-2021. Last year she was named as one of the 30 most powerful women in Chile by Forbes magazine and the newspaper El Mercurio has named her eight times as one of the 100 most influential women in the country. 

She is an Industrial Designer from Universidad Diego Portales and holds a Diploma in Business and Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. She was President of the Association of Entrepreneurs of Chile (ASECH), and founding partner of Medular, Kauel, iF, 1ko and Cemprendedor. 

In addition, she participates as an angel investor in various ventures in the technology and social areas. She believes in the potential and talent of people, in the need to include difference as a fundamental value to generate innovation, and in entrepreneurship as the basis of the economy and social mobility.
