As the Head of Sales for Mobile Networks in the Southern Cone at Nokia, Francisco (Pacho) Pardo collaborates with leading mobile operators in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia, driving effective strategies for the growth of Nokia’s 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile network portfolio. With over 18 years of experience in the sector, he has worked in key markets such as Germany, Brazil, Colombia, and Central America, distinguished by his focus on the evolution of mobile networks towards 5G and the development of innovative business ventures within the LATAM industry.

Pacho holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from Universidad Santo Tomás (Colombia) and an Executive MBA from INALDE Business School. Since 2019, he has been based in Chile, leading the 5G transition and market entry in the region, working closely with industry stakeholders.
