Rafael Estrada, with a career spanning more than 15 years, has focused on business development and technological solutions in a wide range of industries. His passion for promoting the adoption of digital technologies in Latin America has led him to support the acceleration and deepening of the digital transformation of various entities, through a focus on the understanding and applicability of SaaS solutions, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automations and Management Identity for Fraud Mitigation. Currently, Rafael contributes at TransUnion to strengthening trust between entities and consumers, optimizing interactions in various digital and in-person channels. Their work facilitates the mitigation of fraud, allowing each consumer to be represented in a comprehensive, reliable and secure manner, with successful experiences in Chile and Colombia using biometric authentications in the financial sector, validations for progressive protection adjustments in real time in the telecommunications sector. , profiling based on digital identity in the direct sales sector, among other initiatives. Rafael has a degree in Engineering from the Andrés Bello Catholic University and has an MBA from the Alberto Hurtado University.

In this conference we will address a multidimensional scheme in fraud management, to achieve a balance between risk mitigation and the correct friction for the user, necessary for the establishment of consumer identity at the different points of contact with companies, in together with the main experiences and lessons learned that we have observed in Latin America.
