With a solid track record in leadership roles in growth, digital transformation, business strategy, and digital marketing, Sebas has built an upwardly mobile and multifaceted career, establishing himself as part of the new generation of leaders at the intersection of technology and business in Latin America. Beginning his journey in the world of digital marketing, this experience led him to join high-growth companies such as IMS Internet Media Services (formerly Grupo Aleph), and later become one of the leaders of Waze (Google), the world-renowned technology startup in Latin America. Eventually, he took on new responsibilities at Google, advising companies across various sectors on their digital transformation journeys. In 2021, Sebas left Google to pursue entrepreneurship, founding Okane Agency and joining Ontop as VP of Growth, a global startup backed by Y Combinator. In 2023, Sebas joined the board of directors of Axmos Technologies and subsequently decided to lead part of the company’s current expansion process.
