As a result of his passion for talent and people development, he is the author of the book “7 Steps of Your Career Ladder”, a book that details a process that guides the reader to create a successful career plan. As Vice President of Global Business Development at HP, he led a multi-billion-dollar business that generated double-digit year-over-year growth, captured significant market share, and built customer loyalty through a high-performing team culture. Rodrigo holds an Associate in Business Administration from Estácio de Sá University (São Paulo, Brazil).
