Charlene Bachman Wohlsperger is the Director of Customer Success for Software Group, a global technology company, focused on delivery channel and integration solutions for the financial services industry with clients in 65 countries and 9 regional offices Australia, Bulgaria, Egypt, Ghana, India, Kenya, Mexico, the Philippines and the USA. A seasoned Business Development and Account Manager, Charlene is passionate about leveraging technology solutions to create value for financial service providers and breakdown barriers to financial inclusion. With experience working with financial institutions across Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Pacific and Africa, Charlene contributes global insights and experience coupled with a solution oriented engagement model. Charlene works hand-in-hand with all departments and management levels within Software Group to ensure customers receive the highest quality solutions and service to achieve their business goals. Prior to joining Software Group, Charlene worked in Global Investments at Accion International where she supported multiple impact investing funds targeting the MFI and Fintech sectors with a range of business development, investment analysis and portfolio management activities. Charlene lives in Frankfurt, Germany with her husband and two children. Charlene holds dual bachelor degrees in Business Administration and International Studies from American University in Washington, DC.
